This site is published by Olivier Paquier Lorenzi, founder of Eldwin, acting as a natural person. Contact: olivier@eldwin-uk.com. A postal address is available on request at that address and will be published here at registration.

A company named Eldwin is being incorporated. Its registered name, registration number, registered address and, where applicable, VAT number will be published here as soon as registration completes, and it will then become the publisher of this site.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, +1 844 899 7312. The domain name is registered through Squarespace.

What Eldwin is, and is not

Eldwin runs in-market product tests: it recruits real users in a target country, has them use a client's product for eight weeks, and reports on what they did and said. It is a commercial research service supporting a business decision.

Eldwin does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. A market test is not a clinical trial, does not measure safety or efficacy, and cannot support a medical claim. Nothing on this site should be read as a health recommendation.

Content

The text, structure and design of this site belong to Olivier Paquier Lorenzi and will be transferred to the company once it is registered. You are welcome to quote a passage with a link back; reproducing a whole page requires permission. The one-page test plan template is deliberately free to use, copy and adapt, with or without Eldwin.

Two external studies are cited on the home page and in the guide, with a link to the original each time: the Startup Genome premature-scaling analysis (2011) and the CB Insights review of startup post-mortems (2021). They belong to their authors.

Accuracy

The figures, durations and ranges given on this site describe how a test is designed, not results obtained for a client. Anything specific to your situation is written into the one-page test plan and signed before a test starts; that document, not this site, is what binds either side.

Applicable law

Questions about this site, including requests to correct something on it, go to olivier@eldwin-uk.com. The governing law and competent courts will be stated here once incorporation completes, and are set out in the contract for any engagement.
